OUR SCOPE
Elite Infrastructure Group was selected to perform turnkey sitework, and right-of-way
improvements for The Mills Crossing, a 57-acre mixed-use development in Monroe, NC. The
project includes 432 units across 24 multi-family buildings, alongside supporting commercial
parcels.
Our scope included mass grading to establish finished site elevations across the multi-parcel
layout, installation of site utilities to serve both the multi-family and commercial components,
full-depth paving throughout the site’s internal roadway network, and improvements within the
public right-of-way to tie the development into the surrounding transportation network.
These improvements were designed to prepare the site for vertical construction across its
residential and commercial parcels, establish reliable utility infrastructure to support long-term
occupancy, and deliver a roadway network built to accommodate the development’s density and
traffic patterns.
