OUR SCOPE
Elite Infrastructure Group was selected to perform turnkey sitework for 74 Junction Industrial, a
30-acre light industrial development in Indian Trail, NC. The project includes two buildings
totaling over 236,000 square feet of light industrial and flex space.
Our scope included mass grading to establish finished site elevations across the site,
installation of site utilities to serve both buildings, right-of-way improvements to tie the
development into the surrounding roadway network, and erosion control measures implemented
in phases to protect surrounding natural resources throughout construction.
These improvements were designed to prepare the site for vertical construction, establish
reliable utility infrastructure to support long-term industrial operations, and protect the site and
surrounding environment throughout the construction process.
