OUR SCOPE
Elite Infrastructure Group was selected to perform turnkey sitework for Blume Estates, a 55-acre
single-family residential development in Harrisburg, NC. The project includes 34 detached
single-family lots along with associated common open space and treesave areas.
Our scope included mass grading to establish finished site elevations across the site,
installation of site utilities to serve all 34 lots, full-depth paving throughout the site’s roadway
network, right-of-way improvements to tie the development into the surrounding roadway
system, and erosion control measures implemented throughout construction to protect the
adjacent stream buffer and riverstream overlay areas.
These improvements were designed to prepare the site for vertical construction, establish
reliable utility infrastructure to support long-term residential use, and deliver a roadway network
built to serve the community while protecting the site’s significant natural and floodplain
features.
