OUR SCOPE
Elite Infrastructure Group was selected to perform turnkey sitework for the Mt. Holly-Huntersville
Rd. Warehouse, a 26 -acre industrial development in Huntersville, NC. The project includes a
single warehouse building of approximately 300,000 square feet.
Our scope included mass grading to establish finished site elevations, installation of site utilities
to serve the warehouse facility, full-depth paving throughout the site’s drive aisles and parking
areas, right-of-way improvements to tie the development into the surrounding roadway network,
and erosion control measures implemented throughout construction to protect the adjacent
stream and wetland buffers.
These improvements were designed to prepare the site for vertical construction, establish
reliable utility infrastructure to support long-term warehouse and distribution operations, and
deliver a durable paving network built to withstand heavy commercial truck traffic.
